What is a Managed Service?
Our Managed Service package, specifically designed for church congregations is designed to provide a one-stop technical support contact as well as other benefits.
What's included?
- An annual health check of your systems.
- Ongoing support via phone or email, as well as any required training on equipment.
- For audio/video & livestreaming customers, we offer emergency call out for loss of service*
- Reduced Callout Charges for Equipement faults. and repairs.
- List For customers with Email, regular updates to platforms and the creation / deletion of email addresses as required
- For our website customers, we offer advanced analytic tools and migration support.
- For customers with managed IT infrastructure, ongoing remote support and upgrade assistance, as well as helpdesk functionality.
- For customers with networking, regular updates via our remote management tools.
- Discounted rates on our hire equipment (microphones, cables, speakers, lights etc) and Production Services.
*Note we do offer emergency callout only for damage to equipment, and not due to misuse or incorrect installation
Other services we offer
- We install and configure Audio & Video Installations. We can also diagnose and troubleshoot on an existing system
- We install Livestreaming equipment and provide tools to allow services to be broadcast onto the internet
- We have our own Managed Website platform, where we can design and manage webpages with advanced analytics
- We support Managed IT systems. This can include anything from computer repair or replacement to full helpdesk support
- We install and configure Managed Networks, including building wide Wi-Fi coverage and remote support.
- We setup and support Email Services, with custom domain names with technology backed by Google or Microsoft.
- We can also offer services from our Production & Hire Department, including AV Equipment Hire and Full Production Services for your events.
- Other services we offer include Design Consultancy, Domain Services and Electrical Testing.
